‘Serious Failings’ With ITV Phone-Ins
Yet again the TV viewer gets a bum deal. What is it with these so-called broadcasting companies? The latest phenonema about phone-ins, text voting and the like is just ripping us off.
The amount of money involved is huge and the companies like BBC and ITV still can’t play fair. They are quite prepared to take our money, and in BBC’s case with government backing, and they can’t even run a fair competition.
ITV says it is putting aside £7.8m to reimburse some 8.57 million viewers who are now eligible for a refund.
Anyone who is stupid enough to pay to vote on TV shows seems to get whats coming to them?
